Start a New Project in Lumiverse™
Create and name your new Project. Project stores the calibration geometry, media references, filters, and other vital settings. It's like a file that you modify when editing in Lumiverse™. You can duplicate (clone) a Project to create a backup of your work.
i: Each Project becomes a new button on the Lumiverse™ "virtual TV remote", where you can select & play the show as if you're browsing TV channels. You can also schedule the system to auto-play a specific Project at a required time.
i: When you create designs in the Editor, they are stored in the currently selected Project.
This symbol represents Projects; it's located in the third row of the main Lumiverse™ menu.

Make sure you have access to the G- Group Controller for convenient multi-projector control. G- Group Controller is a link on your main Lumiverse™ homepage that starts with the symbol "G-", for example: "G-MyHouse". When you proceed to the G- group controller, a little house symbol in the top-left corner of the Lumiverse™ screen indicates the group control.
The Group Controller sends commands to all devices in the group. Always use the Group Controller when managing Projects and their Settings; make sure you manage them there to maintain data consistency across the whole system.
Troubleshoot: Can't find the Group Controller link on your Lumiverse™ homepage after logging in? Continue here: How to set up G- Group Controller for your group of projectors.
Skip if using a single projector only
When you create a New Project in the G- Group Controller, a Project with the same name is also created in all individual projectors' Lumiverse™ controllers within the same group. This name pairing is essential for proper system operation.
- Always use the G- Group Controller when managing the Group Project
- If sync is not working in a group of projectors, a project name mismatch at the device level is a common cause.
The Project stores the calibration. If there's an existing project with a working calibration, it's worth cloning it and updating it with new media rather than building a whole new calibration from scratch.

Available Project Settings
- "Name": use descriptive words, keep short, avoid special symbols
- "Public Interaction Mode": Enable or Disable the QR Code Interactivity for a given project. Recommended: off, unless you want to implement QR Code Interactivity.
- "Public Rights": also refers to QR Code Interactivity.
- "Preload": Recommended: enabled; a setting that introduces a time delay at project start to give the computer time to properly load all data and start playback in a visually clean manner. Note: The delay time is set individually on each device in Settings > Advanced > Preloader Time; it must be the same on all devices in the group.
- "Hide for Operator" to hide a project from the end user account, more details: End-User Account (Operator Account)
