End-User Account (Operator Account)

Lumiverse™ offers two levels of access. As our customer, you have access to all functions. In some use cases, you may need to provide system control to other operators (staff, etc.), but you might not want them to have access to the system's sensitive settings. For that purpose, we offer a limited End-User / Operator Account. With this access, the end-user/operator can turn the system on/off and switch between selected Projects. Advanced settings will not be accessible for this account.

An Operator Account is generated for our customers as a free-of-charge support service. Please contact support@LM3X.com with your request to create the limited Operator Account.

End user interface operator account

  • If you have a Project that you don't want to show in the End-User/Operator interface, you can hide it.
  • Navigate to Projects
  • Find the Project you want to hide, click 'three-dots' (⋯) > 'settings-gear'
  • Enable the "Hide for Operator" checkbox
